They did a good job Before TMS, I had someone supporting my network that did a good job, but he wasn’t always available when I needed him. He had so many other projects that I had to wait my turn. That’s okay if we don’t have a major issue, but when the server is down, I need someone here right away.
That’s why I love the Pain Free IT service. Ralph, my contact at TMS, always knows what’s going on with my network and does a lot of the maintenance and support in the background so we aren’t interrupted. Sometimes I just cannot believe how on top of things they are!
